Prior to Real estate Derek was a Senior Manager in the manufacturing industry and a qualified mechanical engineer. Derek has been in Real Estate for well over 20 years, and is still actively listing and selling homes with great success. He qualified as an Agent in 1990 and has owned and run. Professionals Modbury/Golden Grove since 1992. An office which he is very proud to say has won the top office awards for the last 9 yeas running.. Derek is also a Deputy Chairman of the Professionals S.A. President of the Real Estate Employers Federation for S.A.
