Professionals Modbury/Golden Grove became a member of the group in 1988 and has been a successful member since, in fact we have been the top sales office for the last 10 years.

Led by Derek Lynch for the last 25 years the office has grown to half of its sales team being of more mature years and the other half of younger years thus providing 80 combined years of real estate sales experience.

Our office is different to most in that of the 15 people there are 11 ladies and 4 men (so most of the time we men keep quiet and do as we’re told – just like at home).

Our property management department manages over 250 properties with 2 managers and 1 Property Inspector that conducts the 3 monthly property inspections.

To sum us up, we are a harmonious group of people, who enjoy working in real estate in an office that buzzes with activity because we are so successful.
